1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in we receive information from your chosen sign-in method, such as your email address and, where the provider supplies it, your name and profile details. You can also set a display name.

Content you create

We store the prompts, chat messages, images and files you submit, and the model source and version snapshots the Service produces for you. This lets you reopen projects, see history, and restore earlier versions.

Usage and telemetry

To operate and improve the Service we collect usage data — for example, which features you use, agent activity and token/credit consumption for billing, rendering and export events, device and browser information, and error and performance diagnostics.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics technologies to understand how the Service is used and improve it.

2. How we use information

• to provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
• to run the AI agent — generating, editing, rendering, and measuring your models;
• to meter usage and administer plans and billing;
• to debug, monitor, and improve the Service, including the quality and reliability of the agent;
• to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security issues, and violations of our Terms;
• to communicate with you about the Service; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use your prompts or designs for advertising.

3. AI processing

When you use the agent, your prompts, relevant model source, and related context are sent to AI model providers through our AI infrastructure so the model can respond. To debug and improve the agent, we may record traces of an agent turn — the messages, the model’s output, and capped screenshots of the rendered model.

4. How we share information

We share personal data with trusted third-party service providers (processors) who process it on our behalf to help us operate our business and provide our website and services (for example, hosting, security, analytics, customer support tools, authentication, and communications services). These providers are contractually required to protect your personal data and to process it only in accordance with our instructions and applicable law. Our processors include:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, and security of Quark, our users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required). Our providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Usage and diagnostic data is kept for a limited period for security, billing, and product improvement. When you delete a project we remove its stored source and make a best-effort attempt to delete associated cached and uploaded data; some derived files, such as models you exported, may be retained separately for a period. When you close your account we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. You can edit your profile in your account settings, delete individual projects, and contact us to exercise any of these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
